Due to high volume of inquiries, wait times are higher than usual. We encourage you to reach out on Western Chat for the fastest response.

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Wednesday: 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

During peak times chat might close when queue is full.

In-Person Hours

Every Monday - Friday: 10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. (Student Central will be closed over lunch hour for in-person visits and tickets. Western Chat and the Virtual Helpline will remain open)
